Team DNA Model

The model shows the 7 stages a team needs to experience to achieve high performance.  The most common stage left out is identifying clear boundaries for team empowerment.  When this stage is left out, it inevitably leads to conflict.  Recognition is also a stage that is often left out and yet it is an important part of American culture and is needed to sustain high performance.  FTD training is designed to lead a team through the stages to high performance.
