Relationship Building Model

Building strong working relationships begins with data collection.  Key leaders are interviewed to identify their vision, barriers to working together, and what is needed for their commitment.  The data is analyzed to determine the path to high commitment.  Next is implementation where differences are mediated and a joint vision is reinforced.  This develops the boundaries for empowerment.  In follow-up, actions are taken to aid in sustaining the commitment long-term.
