Overview

We have conflict resolution packages for resolving conflicts between key stakeholders or stakeholder groups. We begin with structured interviews with each individual. The conflict is separated into manageable segments for mediation. The focus is on the relationship and the resolution. Sustaining resolution and building relationship is built into the follow-up. Our mediation packages include the following:

For in-person (totally in-person), blended (50-50), or virtual team environments (totally via distance).
